Prototype Test Play
Hello! To test play our board games, please make sure that you have the following pieces:
1. Rules, Instructions, Set up in a Document that can be viewed only
2. A survey for feedback on the game made in Google Drive (hit the blue new button in the Drive, hover over more and pick Form)
For the survey, be specific on different aspects of the game to get concrete feedback. You should have 8 to 10 questions on the survey. Examples of questions are:
Did you enjoy the theme?
How long did the game take to play?
Were the rules clear?
Put the link to the survey on the document with the Rules, etc.
Here is an example of a Document for you to look at, it includes a link to a sample survey at the bottom as well.
Share this document with your classmates by putting the link into the spreadsheet for your room number:

Thank you for your efforts on your first day of planning! I am excited about the ideas that you have come up with for your games. Today you need to add a few more details to the planning. Please make sure that you have the questions below answered if you do not already. After that you need to write out the setup procedures and the rules so that they are clear to understand.

- Is your game more luck or strategy? Why is this fun for your audience?
- What decisions do the players need to make? How does this target your audience?
- What is the difficulty level and how does this target your audience?
- What are the setbacks that the players can encounter and how does that effect game time? What level of engagement does it add to the game?
- How do the players know that the game is finished?
- If your game is based on another game, how is it different than that game?
